     Renewable Energy Projects

  • The Renewable Energy Clean Air Project (RECAP) focuses on an innovative partnership to create a working model of a renewable, sustainable development of a light industrial park.  RECAP will be located in International Falls in northeastern Minnesota, on Koochiching County land designated for use as the site. The Laurentian Resource Conservation and Development Council (RC&D) is responsible for providing project development leadership.
